You can pay less for your favorite meal. You can try ordering a sausage muffin at $1.29 and a side of round egg which is $1 and this can make a cheaper version of the Sausage Egg McMuffin which is worth $3.29.

Know your order before you reach the register. While standing and waiting for your turn to order, you should decide what you should order because your indecisiveness can be a major inconvenience for the employees as well as the next customers.

You might pay more for certain ingredients. If you will order additional ingredients like double lettuce and double cheese on your Big Mac, will mean that you will pay an extra 20 or 30 cents each.

Bring cash. 24-hour locations must restart their cash register systems every night. Because of this, there is always a certain time period when we can only accept cash. So, if you are craving for a fries or burger at 2 AM, be sure to bring cash.

Not wearing gloves is more sanitary. McDonald’s employees do not wear gloves but they are required to wash their hands at least once an hour. It is because gloves can harbor a lot more bacteria than clean fingertips.

Avoid apple pies and breakfast burritos. These are the least ordered meals and so, there is a tendency that they have sitting for quite a long time on the shelves.

Employees are not allowed to sit down. Those assigned to the drive-through window often remain standing for many hours at a time.
